Building intentionally begins with choices: whose problem deserves attention, what a useful first version should accomplish, and what evidence would justify the next investment. The scale of an ambition matters less to a user than whether the product helps in a real moment.

Consider a founder trying to follow up with a customer while planning tomorrow’s work. Better technology could reduce the effort of gathering context and deciding what to do next. That concrete situation is a more useful design brief than a promise to transform everything immediately.
