Follow one journey all the way through
Consider a visitor asking a business a question. The experience includes finding the entry point, providing context, receiving a response and understanding the next step. Each moment can affect whether the interaction feels useful, even if the underlying intelligence is capable.
Our view is that an early build should make one such journey clear from beginning to end. That provides a shared object for engineers, designers and the people responsible for the business to discuss. It also makes uncertainty easier to locate and address.
Keep the learning close to the work
The engineering opportunity around Ihesiulo’s vision is to make refinement part of the story. A question from a user can expose an unclear label. A missed handover can reveal a gap between systems. Both can inform a more focused next version.
Strong implementation therefore includes a way to notice what happens after release. An ambitious future becomes more credible when the current experience is understandable and the team can explain what it is learning.
