03 / BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & AI BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The layer between the data you hold and the decisions you make
Connected data, predictive models and decision environments built around the choices your team actually has to make.
Discuss a business intelligence & ai business development projectTurn information into decisions, and decisions into growth.
Most organisations do not have a data shortage. They have a connection problem. Sales, support, operations and finance each hold part of the picture in systems that do not speak, so any question spanning two of them becomes a person with a spreadsheet and a lost afternoon.
We connect those sources, instrument what is missing, and build the interpretation layer on top: the models, alerts and agents that notice what a person scanning a dashboard would not.
The part most often skipped is action. A finding that does not change what happens next is an expensive form of reporting, so we design for the step after the insight, not just the chart.
What we build
How we work
- 01
AI opportunity assessment
A structured read of processes, data and decisions to identify where intelligence would create measurable advantage, and where it plainly would not.
- 02
Data infrastructure
Pipelines, warehouse, definitions and ownership, so that a number means the same thing in two departments and can be trusted in a board pack.
- 03
Intelligence and prediction
Forecasting, segmentation, churn and demand signals, anomaly detection, and the customer and sales intelligence that shows where revenue is actually coming from.
- 04
Decision environments
Dashboards designed around a decision rather than around available charts, with alerting and automated follow-through where a human step adds nothing.
What changes
- One trusted set of numbers across departments
- Earlier warning on churn, demand shifts and operational problems
- Reporting that assembles itself rather than consuming a person each week
- Commercial decisions grounded in patterns rather than the most recent anecdote
Questions we are asked
- How is this different from buying a BI tool?
- A tool gives you charts. The hard part is upstream and downstream: getting data connected and trustworthy, agreeing what each metric means, and making sure an insight leads to an action. We do that work, and will happily build on a BI tool you already own.
- What is an AI business assessment?
- A structured review of your processes, data and decisions that produces an opportunity snapshot: where automation, prediction and intelligence would pay, in what order, and what groundwork each requires. There is a short interactive version on our Business Intelligence page.
- We are a small business. Is this only for enterprises?
- No. Smaller organisations often see returns faster, because there are fewer systems to reconcile and decisions move quickly once the information is available. The first project is simply scoped smaller.
