We see an opportunity to combine conversation with visible structure: a short overview, a few relevant choices and a path into more detail. The interface can help someone form a question before asking them to type it.
Choose the interaction that fits
A chart may be the clearest way to compare a pattern. A list may be better for reviewing pending work. Conversation can help explore why something happened, while a direct control makes an action easy to understand. These interactions can support one another.
The important distinction is between exploring and executing. A user should know when they are discussing a possibility and when they are about to change something. Clear controls and visible confirmation help maintain that boundary.
Design a connected experience
On the Lognetics website, guided assessment and open questions offer different ways into the same topic. That design direction reflects a broader belief: people should have more than one route to understanding a problem.
Future interfaces may become more conversational, but conversation does not have to replace every other form of interaction. Our ambition is to use each format where it helps people think, inspect and act with greater clarity.
